Attorney Troy Penny of St. Louis, MO; ethical dwarf

The state of Missouri presented Troy Remel Penny with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Troy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit into a client trust account legal fees and expenses that have been paid in advance, to be withdrawn by Troy only as fees were earned or expenses were incurred

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
