Attorney Donald Rosen of Carpentersville, IL; thieving liar

The state of Michigan presented Donald Paul Rosen with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Albany University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated (stole) $85,413 in escrow funds
• Made false statements to clients
• Intentionally lied to police officer investigating his conduct
• Presented fabricated bank records to ethics investigators to conceal misconduct
• Provided false testimony (perjury) during disciplinary investigation (Screw you, said Donnie!)
• Attempted to blame conversion of funds and the fabrication of bank records on his 82-year-old mother

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Cliff by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Donnie will likely have his license reinstated in September 2018 and resume practice at 96 North Kennedy Drive in Carpentersville, Illinois.
