Attorney Timothy Stewart of San Francisco; convicted drunk

The state of California provided Timothy Lord Stewart with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

Pled no contest (guilty in effect) to driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.
