Attorney James Brown Jr. of Baton Rouge; ethical troll

The state of Louisiana presented James H. Brown Jr. with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Committed a criminal act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2018) Jimmy practices at 3115 Old Forge Drive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
