Attorney John F. McKay of Baton Rouge; slacker

The state of Louisiana presented John F. McKay with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Knowingly violated Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2018) Johnny practices with The McKay Law Firm at 7465 Exchange Place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
