The state of Missouri presented William Kieran Meehan with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
