Attorney Reginald McIntyre of Amite, LA; slacker

The state of Louisiana presented Reginald J. McIntyre with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Reggie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Knowingly violated Rules of Professional Conduct
• Failed to properly represent client in personal injury matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Reggie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Reggie practices with the 21^st Public Defender’s Office at 303 East Oak Street in Amite, Louisiana.
