The state of Florida provided Robert Brian Roemer with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving a client
• Failed to comply with trust accounting procedures
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to properly render accounting to client
• Neglected to maintain minimum trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
