Attorney David Rosenberg of Southfield, MI; lying slacker

The state of Michigan presented David B. Rosenberg with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #65 found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statement to client
• Neglected client’s legal matter
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to refund unearned fee involving annulment proceedings
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Dave practices with David B. Rosenberg Attorney & Counselors at 24100 Southfield Road in Southfield, Michigan.
