The state of Michigan presented Jamal J. Hamood with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #61 found Jamal guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain client funds in proper trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
