The state of Michigan presented C. Daniel Harry with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #72 found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Improperly held funds other than client funds in office trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
