Alan Dershowitz: Today’s “Donald Trump Ass-Kisser” Award Winner

During a recent (December 2017) episode of the Fox & Friends Comedy Show aired by the Fox News Comedy Network, for Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz decided it was time to further prove his loyalty and allegiance to Donald “Trumporleone” Trump.

After donning a pair of Trumpian Brand ™ Industrial Strength Knee Pads, Dershowitz laughingly claimed that The Great Leader could not be prosecuted for obstruction of justice.

Towards that end, Dershowitz told Fox’s intellectually infirm followers that The Great Leader had the constitutional power to fire former FBI Director James Comey and to instruct the Justice Department who to investigate and who not to investigate.

So here we have a Moron who actually has the chutzpah to state on the record that The Great Leader has the constitutional right to order the Justice Department to not investigate him and/or his cronies for any criminal acts involving Russia’s interference in the 2016 election. This is exactly the type of conduct that led to the impeachment of Richard Nixon.

Dershowitz’s argument is pure unadulterated BS. He is arguing that The Great Leader can interfere with an ongoing investigation of his conduct and do so because the Constitution allows him to so act. Of course, Dershowitz doesn’t state the actual constitutional language that would allow for The Great Leader to fire Comey and order an end to the investigation of his conduct and that of his son, his son-in-law and various other Trump Toadies.

And lastly, it is revealing that Dershowitz knowingly and cheerfully agreed to prostitute his legal opinions on the Fox News Comedy Network.
