Edward O’Sullivan of Boston; thief, repeat offender
The state of Massachusetts presented James S. Dilday with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Rutgers University New England School of Law.
The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.
Eddie’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In one matter, Eddie was convicted for conspiracy to make false statements to a federally insured
bank in connection with his purchase of two pieces of real estate. 3 -year suspension
The felony conviction arose from Eddie’s submission to the bank closing documents that falsely asserted that he, as borrower, had paid a cash deposit from his own funds, that he paid funds at the closing from his own assets and, in one of the transactions, that he intended to occupy the real estate as his principal residence.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Eddie was ordered disbarred.
Unbelievably, several years later the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers voted to reinstate Eddie’s law license.
Apparently, the Board believed Eddie had a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law.
As we speak (ca. June 2018) Eddie practices with Capital Associates Inc. at 44 School Street in Boston, Massachusetts. |
