Attorney Andrew Benzinger of Sacramento; convicted criminal

The state of California provided Andrew E. Benzinger with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The State Bar Court found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of obstructing or resisting a police officer
  • Charged with felony re: attempt to set fire and burn a structure
  • Result of resisting conviction led to dismissal of felony fire charge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Andy practices at 5716 Folsom Blvd in Sacramento, California.
