Attorney John DeLaurentis of Moorestown, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented John Mark DeLaurentis with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly deliver funds to a third person
  • Failed to notify a third party of the receipt of funds
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a one (1) complimentary reprimand and one (1) year complimentary suspension of his law license for 1-year for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2017) Eddie practices in Skillman, New Jersey.
