Attorney Joseph Painter Jr. of Blacksburg, VA; convicted firebug

The state of Virginia presented Joseph Graham Painter Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Joey set several fires in an area behind his home. Subsequently, Joey pled guilty and no contest to several misdemeanor charges related to the fires.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Joey practices in Blacksburg, Virginia.
