Attorney Mark Spatz of Ft. Lauderdale; serial thief and fraudster

The state of Florida presented Mark Mayer Spatz with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Pace University Law School.

In one matter, Mark was recently (late Sept 2017) for insurance fraud that involved a multiagency investigation of Stevie wherein he set out to engage in fraud involving personal injury cases

Mark was charged as follows:

  • Faces 13 felony counts
  • Paid for referrals from tow truck drivers, a felony
  • Paid for referrals from auto repair employees, a felony
  • Paid for referrals from persons having access to car accident reports
  • Used the illegal referrals with two medical practices to make fraudulent motor vehicle tort and personal injury protection (PIP) claims
  • Participated in long-term fraud against clients and insurance carriers
  • Charged with eleven (11) counts of patient brokering
  • Charged with one count of communications fraud
  • Charged with one count of unlawful use of two-way communication device

All that’s left now is to see how long it takes for Adam to cop a plea. Hopefully, the sentencing judge will order that Mark be incarcerated at the Florida State Prison in Raiford and assigned to Cell No. 88 where he’ll be roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence).

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Mark practices with Simons & Spatz P A at 1222 SE 3rd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
