Attorney John Cruz II of Miami Lakes, FL; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Florida presented John Michael Cruz with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to perform any meaningful work for clients after receipt of $2,000 retainer
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)
• Charged/collected unreasonable fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Johnny practices at 6625 Miami Lakes Drive in Miami Lakes, Florida.
