Attorney David Eagle of Fort Lauderdale; slacker

The state of Florida presented David Arthur Eagle with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to consult with client re: any limitations on his conduct regarding representation of his client
• Failed to consult with client on how to achieve client’s stated goals

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Johnny practices at 700 South Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
