Attorney Mark Ross of Little Rock; check bouncer

The state of Arkansas presented Mark L. Ross with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Wrote several checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

Because Attorney Misfits in Arkansas are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mark was never criminally charged for writing bad checks.

As we speak (April 2019), Mark practices in Little Rock, Arkansas.
