Attorney Gail Segers of Fayetteville, AR; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Gail Thornton Segers with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Gail guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to discovery requests from opposing counsel in divorce matter
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Gail by gifting her with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (September 2019), Gail practices with the Gail Segers Law Offices at 26 East Meadow Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
