Attorney Roderick Weaver of Clarksville, AR; slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Roderick H. Weaver with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Rod guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly deliver property deed in divorce matter to client
• Failed to comply with repeated requests from client to deliver property deed to her so that she could properly file it
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Rod by gifting him with a complimentary caution and a $500.00 fine.

As we speak (April 2019), Rod practices at 124 West Circle Drive in Clarksville, Arkansas.
