The state of Pennsylvania presented Bernard L. Levinthal with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the New York Law School

In one matter, Bernie provided testimony to support the reinstatement of attorney William Weiss’s law license. Weiss is an admitted thieving check bouncer who had his license suspended for two years. When Weiss the Check Bouncer sought to reinstate his law license, Bernie had the chutzpah to opined on Weiss’s behalf by saying.

"Despite Billy’s disciplinary history, he trusted his honesty and level of integrity"

How in the hell does an admitted thief and check bouncer become someone who can be trusted because of his honesty? Moreover, what level of integrity is Bernie alluding to?

Hopefully, Billy reimbursed Billy for the costs he incurred in purchasing a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads.
