Attorney Valleria Jean Bianco of Sturbridge, MA; ethical dwarf, loser

 
In the past attorney Valleria Bianco was investigated for a plethora of misconduct by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. Valleria’s misconduct involved numerous instances wherein she engaged in improper conversations with the plaintiff who was pursuing damages for sexual harassment against her employer.
 
In this case, Valleria was counsel for the defendant.
 
Subsequently, the Board of Bar Overseers found Valleria guilty of:
  • Communicating with the plaintiff when she knew the plaintiff was represented by counsel
  • Representing two parties with conflicting interests in the same lawsuit
  • Revealed confidential information to the plaintiff to the detriment of her client
  • Conducted a secret relationship with the plaintiff in a lawsuit while representing the defendants and telling the plaintiff to keep their relationship a secret
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation
As punishment for her egregious misconduct, Valleria’s law license was suspended for 2 years.
 
Subsequently, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers saw fit to reinstate Valleria’s law license. This only further confirms that Attorney Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then we are.
 
As we speak (ca. Nov 2011) Valleria the Loser continues to practice law at 204 Main Street in Sturbridge, Massachusetts.
