Attorney Michael King of College Park, GA; slacker

The state of Georgia provided Michael Bernard King with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the Atlanta Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to appear at disciplinary matter (Up yours, said Mikey!)
• Failed to file trial transcript with court of appeals on behalf of client
• Failure to file trial transcript led to dismissal of client’s appeal
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Mikey practices in College Park, Georgia.
