Attorney C. Susan Glick of Lagrange, IN; ethical gremlin

The state of Georgia provided C. Susan Glick with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the Atlanta Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Mishandled at least 22 client estate cases
  • Failed to respond to 27 calls from one client
  • Left several estate cases open for decades
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to numerous occasions to provide client with updates re: estate matter
  • Failed to timely file income tax returns for an estate
  • Indiana inheritance tax return not timely filed
  • Client forced to pay interest and penalties re: Suzie’s failure to timely file inheritance tax returns
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Suzie.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Suzie practices at 113 West Spring Street in Lagrange, Indiana.
