Attorney Alan King of Revere, MA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Massachusetts presented Alan Hildreth King with a law license in 1978 after he graduated Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly provided financial assistance to client re: pending litigation
• Failed to maintain adequate records of receipt of client funds
• Failed to maintain accurate checking account register
• Failed to maintain individual client ledgers
• Failed to perform required reconciliations of trust account for a period of two years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2017) Alan practices with the Law Office of Alan H. King and Associates PC at 385 Broadway in Revere, Massachusetts.
