Attorney Kevin Kirby of Quincy, MA; lying Dumbo
The state of Massachusetts presented Kevin W. Kirby with a law license in 1996 after he graduated Suffolk University Law School.
The Board of Bar Overseers found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in multiple violations of ethics rules

Disciplinary hearing testimony lacked candor [liar]

Commingled client funds with personal funds

Failed to maintain contemporaneous time records

Failed to advise client he couldn’t represent her due to his mental condition

Failed to communicate with client

Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account

Failed in duty to inform client of claimed fees

Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

Failed to seek client’s law objectives

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

Lied to client he hired Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) preparer

Placed fabricated documents in client file to support lie that he hired QDRO preparer

Delay in preparing or having the QDRO prepared increased the risk of harm by possible dissipation of assets
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. December 2017) Kevin practices with the Law Office of Kevin W. Kirby at 21 Mayor Thomas J. McGrath Highway in Quincy, Massachusetts.
