Attorney Marc Offenhartz of Tucson; Ignoramus, slacker

 

The state of Arizona presented Marc Offenhartz with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

 

The Arizona State Bar found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.  

 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Ignoramus)
  • Failed to file motion to limit introduction of evidence v. client
  • Failed to raise any objections to state’s introduction of testimony of a child’s psychologist whose testimony violated Arizona law
  • Failed to object with prosecutor called investigator to testify for the defense
  • Failed to object with the investigator that was repeatedly questioned by the prosecutor about the strategy used by defense counsel in defending his client
  • Gross incompetence led to client’s conviction being set aside due to ineffective assistance of counsel

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Marc practices at 6566 East Ghost Flower Drive in Tucson, Arizona.
