Attorney Nicholas Fitz of Chicago; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Nicholas Paul Russell Fitz with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Nick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Mismanaged client funds from personal injury settlement
• Made misrepresentations (lied) to client about personal injury settlement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2017), Nick practices with Fitz & Tallon LLC at 212 West Washington Street in Chicago, Illinois.
