Attorney Daniel Sanders of Palatine, IL; ethical ogre

The state of Illinois presented Daniel Robert Sanders with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected two habeas corpus petitions on behalf of two clients
• Neglected an expungement matter on client’s behalf
• Failed to initially cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Danny practices at 832 North Sanborn Drive in Palatine, Illinois.
