Attorney Sharran Greenberg of Chicago, IL; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Sharran Greenberg with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Sharran guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Sharran failed disclose to a client that she had a financial interest in the sale of certain title insurance to the client relating to the client’s sale of real property.

In addition, Sharran initially failed to cooperate in the disciplinary investigation (Up yours, said Sharran!).

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Sharran by gifting her with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (November 2017), Sharron practices at 1027 West Vernon Park Place in Chicago, Illinois.
