Attorney Richard Golding of Chicago; ethical goblin

The state of Illinois presented Richard Neal Golding with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the Chicago-Kent Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely remit all funds due relating to bankruptcy auctions
• Improperly took his compensation w/o prior court authorization
• Pled guilty to federal contempt of court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (October 2017), Dick practices at 500 North Dearborn Street in Chicago, Illinois.
