Attorney Timothy Fitzgerald of Chicago; convicted of assault

The state of Illinois presented Timothy J. Fitzgerald with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of criminal damage to property
  • Convicted of aggravated battery
  • Broke into former girlfriend’s home and assaulted her and her guest
  • Attacked another man who dated former girlfriend

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2017), Timmy practices with The Fitzgerald Law Firm at 111 West Washington in Chicago, Illinois.

CAUTION: Timmy is not covered by legal malpractice insurance
