Attorney William Thorsness II of Oak Brook, IL; deceitful loser

The state of Illinois presented William Warren Thorsness II with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Represented brothers involved in dispute over control of corporation
• Failed to disclose nature of legal work he performed in corporate dispute on behalf of one brother in legal bills he submitted to the closely held corporation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (December 2017), Billy practices with Lillig & Thorsness Ltd at 1900 Spring Road in Oak Brook, Illinois.
