Attorney Fred Morelli Jr. of Aurora, IL; ethical gnome

The state of Illinois presented Fred Michael Morelli Jr. with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Communicated with party he knew was represented by counsel
• Communications with represented party took place during a time that Freddy absolutely knew that the person’s attorney expressed his wishes that he not do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (January 2018), Freddy practices with the Law Office of Morelli and Raval at 403 West Galena Blvd in Aurora, Illinois.
