Attorney Steven Mandlman of Clayton, MO; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Steven Craig Mandlman with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Made false statement of material fact to ethics investigator (Screw you, said Stevie!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Bad faith obstruction of disciplinary proceedings (Up yours, said Stevie!)
  • Failed to withdraw representation while engaging in sexual relationship with client
  • Threatened to have client’s probation revoked if she didn’t have sex with him
  • Used illegal substances
  • Encouraged client to purchase illegal substances for his personal use

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (November 2017), Stevie practices with The Law Office of Steven C. Mandlman at 201 South Central Avenue in Clayton, Missouri.
