Attorney Hugh Rebert of York, PA; ethical goblin

The state of Pennsylvania presented Hugh S. Rebert with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Hugh guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an assistant York County prosecutor.

In one matter, while Hugh was prosecuting a rape/murder case, Hugh failed to give the defense a confession by the defendant and also failed to disclose his agreement with a jailhouse informant witness until after the witness testified.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Hugh practices at 129 Summit Drive in York, Pennsylvania.

CAUTION: Hugh does not carry legal malpractice insurance
