Attorney Daniel Moulton of Chicago; ethical goblin

The state of Illinois presented Daniel Martin Moulton with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose commons risks to two partners he represented
• Failed to protect one client’s property interests as business relationship disintegrated
• Improperly notarized partner’s purported signature on a deed
• Made false statement during disciplinary investigation (Screw you, said Danny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2017), Danny practices with the Law Offices of Daniel Moulton at 10150 South Western Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
