Attorney Peter Faraci of Park Ridge, IL; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Illinois presented Peter Stephan Faraci with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2017), Pete practices with Faraci & Faraci at 3 South Prospect Avenue in Park Ridge, Illinois.
