Attorney Jackson Wong of San Francisco; thieving lair

The state of California provided Jackson Dwight Wong with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Golden Gate Western University Law School.

The California State Bar found Jackson guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Made misrepresentations (lied) to his client
  • Improperly withdrew from employment in at least one matter
  • Failed to perform services which he was retained to perform
  • Misconduct led to serious consequences being heaped upon his clients
  • Misappropriated more than $5,000 from client (thief)
  • Engaged in deceitful conduct at disciplinary hearing

As one would suspect, this isn’t Jackson’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Jackson by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Jackson practices in San Francisco, California.
