Attorney Thomas Van Dyke of Stockton, CA; Dumbo

The state of California provided Thomas Hall Van Dyke with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The California State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appreciate wrongful nature of conduct
• Filed several frivolous (BS) appeals
• Repeatedly failed to perform legal services with competence (Dumbo)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Incompetence caused significant harm to his clients
• Acted in bad faith in filing of various appeals
• Failed to report judicial sanctions to Bar Court as required to do

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reproval. 

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Tommy practices with the Law Office of Thomas H. Van Dyke at 333 No. San Joaquin Street in Stockton, California.
