• Negligently disobeyed court order
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Terry by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
