Attorney Philip Stoffan of Muskegon, MI; convicted felon

The state of Michigan provided Philip M. Stoffan with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Muskegon County Hearing Panel #1 found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Phil plead guilty to mail fraud in the United States District Court, Western Division of Southern Michigan.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2018), Phil practices with Philip M. Stoffan PLC at 318 Houston Avenue in Muskegon, Michigan.
