Attorney Ira Saperstein of Southfield, MI; convict

The state of Michigan provided Ira B. Saperstein with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Oakland County Hearing Panel #3 found Ira guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ira pled guilty to the charge of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor of disorderly person for knowingly being in a place where an illegal occupation or business was being conducted.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Ira by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (September 2017), Ira practices with Ira B. Saperstein PC at 400 Galleria Office Center in Southfield, Michigan.
