Attorney David Schoolcraft of Howell, MI; slacker

The state of Michigan provided David A. Schoolcraft with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Livingston County Hearing Panel #1 found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary for client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2017), Dave practices at 2290 Wild Cherry Drive in Howell, Michigan.
