The state of Michigan provided Chris T. Searer with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

 

The Muskegon County Hearing Panel #1 found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Chris’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Willfully violated rule on communicating with represented party
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness o practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Chris by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Chris’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Convicted of marijuana possession

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Chris by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.

 

As we speak (October 2017), Chris practices at 6798 Nineteen Mile Road in Cedar Springs, Michigan.
