Attorney Lenny Segel of Lathrop Village, MI; foul mouth loser

The state of Michigan provided Lenny Segel with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #72 found Lenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used abusive language toward opposing counsel during deposition
• Refused to surrender documents requested in discovery
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Made the following foul-mouth statements during a deposition.

• “Fuck you!”
• "You are the most unethical asshole I’ve ever seen in my life.”
• “If we were in a boxing ring right now, I would flatten your ass. You can put that on the record.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Lenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2017), Lenny practices with Bernstein & Bernstein PC at 18831 West 12 Mile Road in Lathrup Village, Michigan.
