Attorney Donald Sheldon of Port Huron, MI; ethical gremlin

The state of Michigan provided Donald W. Sheldon with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The St. Clair County Hearing Panel found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (December 2017), Donnie practices at 825 Stone Street in Port Huron, Michigan.
