Attorney Rowland Short Jr. of Phoenix, AZ; thieving loser

The state of Michigan provided Rowland Aaron Short, Jr. with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Tri- County Hearing Panel #16 found Rowland guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to explain matter to extent necessary for client to make informed decisions regarding representation
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to refund unearned advance fee (thief)
  • Ordered to pay $2,250 in restitution to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Rowland by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (September 2017), Rowland practices with the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office at 620 West Jackson Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
